Salt is one of the most important minerals for our body but if your intake is too much then you can also get in trouble!

Mostly franchises are using a large amount of salt in their foods to make it taste good and to increase its life but at the same time, it can also become the main cause of many harmful diseases like increase in blood pressure, heart diseases, osteoporosis etc.


So, try to avoid salt as much as you can if you want to live a healthy life
