Sleeping late can create lots of problems for us
like losing concentration in work, feeling tired, stress and many others.
People waste
their time at night, watching movies,
playing cards and doing various
different activities, which will definitely give pleasure for few hours but it
might end in a day like hell, when you will wake up next day.

scientific point of view, sleeping late
can cause many dangerous diseases
like Blood Pressure, diabetes, stops the cells growth,
increases the chances of Cancers, hypertension and many others.
Try avoiding
any of such late night gatherings so that you can wake up fresh next day!
