Health Benefits of Corn
Corn is one of my favorite vegetables and it is used in our food items in many different ways for example, corn soup, Chinese dishes, Pop-corns and may others.
It’s not only tasty but it has got lots of Health benefits!

Corn has got a lot of fiber in it, although, it may be very hard to digest if eaten a lot but it helps to prevent many digestive problems like constipation, hemorrhoids and many other diseases.

It also contains various vitamins like folic acid, vitamin C and niacin. The presence of Folic acid in the corn can also help to prevent neural-tube birth defects and heart diseases as well.
