Biryani with its recipe!
I would like to share one of my favorite Pakistani/Indian dish called as Biryani, I love to cook it in my own way and I thought to share its recipe with you people, so follow the steps and start cooking!
Step 1: Firstly, Boil the rice and put two tea spoon of oil in it with few pieces of cinnamon and long pepper.
Step 2: While boiling the rice, marinate the pieces of chicken (as much needed) with half cup of yogurt, Biryani masala (Available from every indian store), A pinch of salt, 3 big tomatoes in pieces, small bowl of onions (lal pyas) and 1 table soon of coriander seeds. Keep it in the fridge for two hours or more.
Step 3: When rice gets boiled, remove all the water from it, now, take out your marinated chicken from the fridge.
Step 4: Put 6 to 10 large spoons of oil in a container in which you want to cook biryani, when it gets heated, put all the marinated chicken inside that cooking container with a full glass of water.
Step 5: Mix it all with a wooden stick and put 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste, If you also want to put potatoes in the biryani then boil and put it in the container after making two halves of each potato.
Step 6: Cook it on a high temperature for at least 1 and a half hour, check the chicken in the container with a spoon if it’s cooked properly or not.
Step 7: Take out the half curry with pieces of chicken and potatoes in a big bowl and spread a layer of boiled rice inside the container, after that, spread the layer of curry on that rice.
Step 8: Now sprinkle some coriander leaves on the rice and put some covering on the container, After 15 minutes, your delicious biryani will be absolutely ready!
